• Large industrial buildings, sheds and warehousing
• Serviced offices and serviced apartments for short or medium-term stay

We do not handle holiday or tourist accommodation requirements.

HNI Realty acts as a Channel Partner for reputed developers across India, the Middle East and the UK. We facilitate introductions, site visits and negotiations between clients and developers, but final sale agreements, pricing and possession are governed directly by the respective developer's own terms and documentation.

We make reasonable efforts to keep project details, pricing and availability accurate and current. However, this information is supplied by third-party developers and is subject to change without notice. We recommend independently verifying specifications, RERA registration, pricing and possession timelines with the developer before making any commitment.

When using our website or services, you agree not to:
